Light Up Night Moved to Sunday!

Dear Citizens of Mars,

I’d like to thank you for the invitation to join you at Light Up Night. The wonderful town of Mars is supposed to get lots of rain on Saturday, December 1st, so I had a chat with Mayor Hartung and we decided it would be better if I visited on Sunday, December 2, 2018.

I always feel so welcomed by your fair citizens, and this year Mrs. Claus will be joining me and shall get to experience your welcoming hospitality.

I’ve been told there will be hot chocolate and cookies, and the children can personally deliver their Christmas wishes to me between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM. I’ve also been given the honor of lighting your Town Tree, donated by Mars Bank and decorated by the Mars Borough Public Works Department.
